Military diet plan is diet plan that involves 3 day meal plan, the 4th days is rest. Same way on a workouts, 3 days workout and the forth is rest day to allow your body to digest what you did the past days.
In military diet plan, you eat three times a day without snacks in between meals.

Breakfast
One slice of brown bread with peanut butter.
Half grapefruit
Cup of hot beverage (coffee or tea)
Lunch
One toasted slice of brown bread
Tuna fish
Cup of hot beverage (coffee or tea)
Dinner
85 gram of lean meat
One choice of your fruit(apple is the best)
Banana
Ice cream (vanilla)
Tuesday
Breakfast
One toasted slice of brown bread
One boiled egg
One banana
One cup of hot beverage (coffee or tea)
Lunch
One boiled egg
Few teaspoons of cottage cheese ( to a cup)
Rice cookies or crackers
One cup of hot beverage (coffee or tea)
Dinner
2 hot dog without bun
Vegetables ( 1 cup of carrots and broccoli)
Banana
Ice cream ( one cup of vanilla flavor)
Wednesday
Breakfast
One slice of cheddar cheese
Crackers
1 apples
One cup of hot beverage (coffee or tea)
Lunch
Tuna fish
1 banana
Cup of vanilla ice cream
All hot beverages are to be consumed without sugar.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday you are to eat one of the meals of your choice from 3 day plan. If you want to add other food groups you can do so because in these days there aren’t strick rules as long as no saturated fats and sugar.
