Kaizer Chiefs captain Itumeleng Khune referenced Team Manager Bobby Motaung ahead of their clash against DStv Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns at FNB Stadium.
Chiefs host Masandawana – who are on an 11 match winning streak in the league at Soccer City, wounded by 1-0 and 4-0 defeats in their previous two games against Sekhukhune United and AmaZulu respectively.

“We’re playing good football but it’s important that going forward, not only against [Sundowns], we have to stick to our plan because when we are preparing during pre-season, we knew exactly what we wanted.”

“We need to remind each other of the importance of where we want to finish 2022/23 season and we set new goals for the 2023/24 season.”
