After looking at the 2023/24 Team of the Season, we now looked at our best U23 Team of the Campaign.
The selection for this team was based on statistics and analytics gathered throughout the campaign.
The team comprises two players each from SuperSport United, Stellenbosch FC and Cape Town Spurs, while Orlando Pirates, Sekhukhune United, AmaZulu, Polokwane City and TS Galaxy each had one representative.
Only one goalkeeper, Olwethu Mzimela, was eligible. At the back, Siviwe Nkwali, McBeth Mahlangu, Ime Okon and Asekho Tiwani.
Chumani Butsaka and Jayden Adams occupy the holding midfield position, while Oswin Appollis, Devin Titus, Relebohile Mofokeng and Shandre Campbell were selected in attack.

Those who just missed out include four other players from relegated Spurs – Rushwin Dortley, Asanele Velebayi, Liam Bern and Ashley Cupido.
Cape Town City’s Jaedin Rhodes also just missed out, as does his City teammate Luyolo Slatsha, Kaizer Chiefs’ Mduduzi Shabalala, Polokwane City’s Simon Ramabu, SuperSport’s Bilal Baloyi, Stellenbosch’s Antonio Van Wyk and Yanela Mbuthuma from Richards Bay.
