Matric results have been out for a few days, but these South African stars are still celebrating their children’s momentous achievements.
JANEZ VERMEIREN PRAISES ‘LEGEND’ SON
Taking to his Instagram account, media personality Janez Vermeiren gushed over his firstborn Matisse, who passed Matric with flying colours.
Posting a pic of the duo holding the teen’s senior certificate, Janez shared: “Can’t explain how proud I am. An ‘A’ average and acceptance into UCT! Such a legend.”
Janez – who has two sons with Brazilian model wife Juliana Vasconcelos – had son Matisse from a former relationship.
Also celebrating an outstanding Matric pass was DJ Mo Flava, whose sister achieved six distinctions!
He tweeted: “My sister passed Matric and got six distinctions! Super proud of her! Our parents have been of great support.”
He added: “S/O to Curro Aurora for being a great environment in which to thrive! Now to think of a just reward for her….”

Meanwhile, Unathi Nkayi is also celebrating the Matric pass of her son Sinako- whom she shared with her ex-husband Thomas Msengana.
Artist Rasta – real name Lebani Sirenje – also celebrated his daughter’s pass.
He tweeted: “Wishing all da best, you did it. Like Father, like daughter, we are proud”.
Poking fun at his own reputation, he added: “At least you on da newspaper for a diploma, mina for critics.”
