Obani lababantu hit maker is no more, says her niece on social media.
My beloved aunt, MumNcane who many of you know as #GeeSixFive is no more. She displayed leadership throughout her life, was the epitome of fearlessness & inspired many with her single #ObaniLababantu.

Gee Six Five took many hearts by storm when she released the amapiono song called Obani Lababantu in the passed few weeks. Her song of Obani Lababantu took toll to extend that it became on top in local digital charts.
Celebrities like Somizi took to his social media stories that he wants a collaboration with Olpha Selepe known as Gee Six Five.
Government also pays tribute to Olpha Selepe for her contribution to South Africans. She managed to cheer the hearts with her song as they smiled a little bit during this hard time.
We are saddened by the passing of Obani Labantu hitmaker Olpha Selepe, #geesixfive, who defied the odds and reminded us that music is ageless.
Thank you for putting smiles on our faces and reminding us that we can still achieve what we put our minds to. #RIPGeeSixFive pic.twitter.com/qaGRpHzmLF
